Welcome to Banner Maker ("the App"), developed and maintained by DATTATEY GANGADHAR BHALERAO.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using Banner Maker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Banner Maker allows users to create banners, posters, and other graphic content using templates, photos, text, and editing tools.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Create or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the App.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Banner Maker offers the following optional auto-renewable subscription plans:

Silver Plan - 6 Months
Gold Plan - 1 Year
Subscriptions provide access to premium features available within the App.

Subscription Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when your purchase is confirmed.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
The renewal cost will be the same as your selected subscription unless otherwise stated by Apple.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

3. One-Time Purchases

Banner Maker may also offer one-time consumable purchases.

These purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store and do not renew automatically.

4. Payments

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect, process, or store your payment card information.

Payments, refunds, and billing are subject to Apple's payment policies and App Store Terms.

5. User Content

Photos, designs, text, and other content you create using Banner Maker remain your responsibility.

You agree not to create, upload, or distribute content that:

Violates any law or regulation.
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its templates, graphics, interface, branding, icons, and other original content, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Banner Maker is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption or error.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
